Registering for a Tournament

Wanted to do a quick tutorial on registering for a tournament on the newly redesigned

  1. Create a new account

Due to the new site design, all accounts need to be recreated as of Sept 4, 2018.  If you haven’t created your new account yet you can do so for free on the register page:

(Note that all fields are required).

2. Once you have your new account, the next step is to add a school to your account.  Click on the trophy icon in the top right and then click where it says “Not Set”

This will take you to your current school page:

From this page you can either create your school if your school doesn’t currently exist or request access to your school from the third box.  Note that you can only do one request every 72 hours.  For more information on how to set your current school please see this post.

Once you have your school linked to your account, you’ll see that school listed when you click on the trophy:

3. You can then visit the tournament calendar to visit a tournament homepage. Once there, click on the “register” link on the left hand side.  As long as the tournament is accepting entries, you’ll see the entry summary page when you click on the register link:

4. You can then register competitors or judges for the tournament. Note that your entries will be listed on the summary page and an estimate of your fees (if the tournament director has made the fees visible) will be available from this page.
